1. Do you provide services in my country?

You can use Ordefy in any country since currently there is no limitation to the geolocation. You can contact us, if you want specific payment gateway implemented as per your business location.

2. How long will you take to setup it?

It takes as low as 2 weeks to get your business online. All you need to do is to Contact us and our sales team will get back to you soon.

3. I need few customisations, is it possible?

Yes, We do offer end to end Customisation on the UI design for the apps and website. Not major functionality changes are possible. We strongly recommend to contact support if you need a functionality change, before purchase.

4. How does the pricing works?

Ordefy provides flexible pricing for both monthly and annual plans. Annual plans will be charged upfront and will be applicable for 12 months. Monthly plans will be charged automatically on your next billing date.

5. If I am an existing customer, Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can change your plan anytime and you can pay the extra amount for the remaining period.

6. What if I run out of orders, can I purchase extra orders for that month?

You can always purchase additional Order Packs and can activate it when running out of order.
Note - Activated Order packs are valid for that month only.

7. Is this the same app for customer, delivery person and store manager? Or does each one use a separate app?

There is a separate app for the customer, delivery person and store manager.

8. Will the customer apps be with my brand name?

Yes, customer apps will be branded with your name and logo.

9. Can I bill directly from the app?

Yes, it can be done using thermal printer from android store manager app. You can connect printer via Bluetooth.

10. I just need to add products in my local language. Do I need to purchase the additional language integration add-on?

You can add the products in any language without purchasing that add-on. But, if you need the entire customer app in a language other than English, you will need to purchase our additional language integration add-on.

11. Can I limit my services to the specific areas or city?

Yes, It is possible with our area geofencing tool. You can draw your area on the Maps and allow the stores to offer services in those specific areas.

12. How do I use my domain name for the website?

You can point the CNAME of your domain to our website link. We would suggest to get it done from a technical person. Else, you can purchase our Domain Point Add-on and our development team will do it for you.

13. Do I have to upload the apps on Google Play or App Store by myself?

Don’t worry, our product team will take care of uploading the customer apps on Google Play and App Store.
